Portfolio Manager

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the underwriting process, portfolio administration, and credit quality of assigned portfolio, partnering with lenders and other stakeholders. The position requires a strong understanding of loan structure processes, regulations, and loan documentation criteria.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience working in Financial Services
• Prior working experience with loan underwriting and credit training
• Ability to analyze financial and project statement, corporate and personal tax returns
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment
