Job Description
The Expanded Learning Coordinator leads the coordination and implementation of expanded learning opportunities at the assigned UCP Charter School campus, integrating after-school enrichment programming, 21st Century Community Learning Centers (if applicable), and other extended learning opportunities that support student academic growth, engagement, and well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, public administration, community development, or a related field
- Experience working with children or youth in educational, after-school, or community programs
- Experience facilitating tutoring, enrichment activities, or youth programs
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and staff
