Looking to make a difference in an innovative and dynamic non-profit agency? The Expanded Learning Coordinator leads the coordination and implementation of expanded learning opportunities at the assigned UCP Charter School campus as part of the Full-Service Community Schools initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, social work, public administration, community development, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children or youth in educational, after-school, or community programs.
- Experience facilitating tutoring, enrichment activities, or youth programs preferred.
- Experience coordinating programs or activities for youth strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with 21st Century Community Learning Center programs or expanded learning initiatives is a plus.
- Passion for helping children succeed.
- Strong relationship-building skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to facilitate engaging enrichment activities.
- Strong organizational and program coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
- Experience working collaboratively with community partners.
- Data tracking and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
