Non-Certified Nursing Assistant (NCNA)

The Non-Certified Nursing Assistant (NCNA) performs day-to-day activities of the nursing department in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include assisting with lifting and positioning residents, reporting changes in condition, and maintaining cleanliness of resident units.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred
• Must have completed Nurse Aide Training: Required
• No prior experience necessary
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and nursing staff
• Ability to read, write, understand and speak the English language
