Service Coordinator - Southern Pines

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating programs and services to assist clients or residents in maintaining the highest practicable level of independence and physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. This includes promoting wellness activities, coordinating educational events, and assisting residents in building informal support networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in social work - preferred
• Two (2) or more years' experience working with social service delivery to elderly population
• Working knowledge of resources available in geographic location serving the community
• Proficiently operate a computer, the Internet, Microsoft Office, other relevant software, and basic office equipment
