Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in Pediatrics and 5-10 years of experience
Facilities Technician
High school diploma, basic computer skills, basic understanding of OSHA/PSM and EPA/RMP, basic mathematical calculations, and proficiency in hand tools required
Family Nurse Practitioner
Master's degree in a relevant field (Community Health Nursing or Primary Health Care). 1+ year of NP experience. Valid AZ Nursing License is required
Licensed Clinical Therapist
Master’s degree, 2+ years clinical experience, experience with diverse populations, and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health. 2+ years experience in Behavioral Health. Reliable transportation & insurance
Family Practice Physician
Board certification in Arizona; experience in primary and psychiatry. Understanding of human development
Clinical Social Worker
Master's in MSW. LCSW or LCSW license. Clinical mental health service experience. Strong communication skills
Family Nurse Practitioner
Master's degree in Community Health Nursing or similar. 1+ year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner. AZ nursing license & NP license
Family Practice Physician
Must be Board Certified and Licensed in Arizona. Experience in primary care and/or psychiatry is needed. A strong understanding of human development and trauma in a foster care system is expected
Family Practice Physician
Medical degree req. (MD/DO). State medical license in Arizona. Board certification (ABFM/AOBFP) preferred. DEA req. for controlled substances
