Family Practice Physician

United Community Health Center is seeking a Family Practice Physician in Three Points, Arizona. The physician will provide primary health care to patients of all ages within the community, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and culturally competent care. The role involves collaboration with other healthcare providers and adherence to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited medical school
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board Certification by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP)
• Valid medical license to practice in Arizona
• DEA Registration
• Current BLS or ACLS certification
• Prior experience as a Family Practice Physician is preferred
