Master’s Level Primary Therapist – Detox & Residential

United Recovery Project (Genesis House) in Lake Worth, Florida is seeking a master’s-level Primary Therapist to join their Detox and Residential Treatment Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, clinically skilled behavioral health professional who is passionate about treating substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and providing evidence-based, patient-centered care in a residential setting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern under supervision)
• Experience in detox, residential treatment, substance abuse treatment, or behavioral health
• Strong understanding of addiction, mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
