Master’s Level Primary Therapist

United Recovery Project Behavioral Health is seeking a master’s-level Primary Therapist to join our Mental Health Residential Treatment Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, clinically skilled behavioral health professional who is passionate about treating high-acuity mental health disorders, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other complex psychiatric conditions, while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care in a structured residential setting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field
• Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Registered Intern under supervision)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a mental health setting, particularly with high-acuity populations
• Strong computer skills and general proficiency with electronic systems
• Experience with KIPU EMR or similar electronic medical records system
• Must be able to successfully pass a Level 2 background screening in accordance with state requirements
