Job Description
United Schools is seeking a School Director to lead a United campus and its team, ensuring thoughtful curriculum development, rigorous instruction, positive school culture, efficient school operations, and strong student and family relationships.
Requirements
- Holds a B.A./B.S. degree; advanced degree preferred.
- At least five years of proven school leadership and teaching experience in urban settings with an emphasis on data-driven instruction and demonstrable gains in student achievement.
- Familiarity and success with, or at minimum a commitment to, implementing the core tenets of United’s instructional leadership model as outlined in Leverage Leadership and Get Better Faster.
