Field Service Technician

We are an established Canadian facility, maintenance company seeking a Field Service Technician to support our Sub contractor with Equipment Management & Repairs.

Requirements

• Quality repairs that meet service standards
• Training operators/partners on managing their equipment and reducing their repair costs
• Reducing the number of callbacks for individual service calls
• Managing the inventory of parts required to service the Brampton workshop
• Completing audit for the inventory of parts as required by United
• Ensuring data integrity within Service Requests and within technology provided
• Supporting equipment repair process as per United's Vision, Values and Strategy
• Performing daily functions in alignment with company mission, vision, and values
• Working in compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and labour laws
• Protecting company assets from damage and misuse
• Dealing with a high level of stress and promptly solving problems as they arise
• Working flexible shifts on a rotational basis
• Solving problems and working with others
• Planning, organizing and budgeting skills
• MS Office (Word, Excel, E-mail) proficiency
• Organizational and time management skills
• Verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of the cleaning industry
