We are an established Canadian facility, maintenance company seeking a Field Service Technician to support our Sub contractor with Equipment Management & Repairs.
Requirements
- Quality repairs that meet service standards
- Training operators/partners on managing their equipment and reducing their repair costs
- Reducing the number of callbacks for individual service calls
- Managing the inventory of parts required to service the Brampton workshop
- Completing audit for the inventory of parts as required by United
- Ensuring data integrity within Service Requests and within technology provided
- Supporting equipment repair process as per United's Vision, Values and Strategy
- Performing daily functions in alignment with company mission, vision, and values
- Working in compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and labour laws
- Protecting company assets from damage and misuse
- Dealing with a high level of stress and promptly solving problems as they arise
- Working flexible shifts on a rotational basis
