The Agile Delivery Lead is accountable for how software gets delivered across multiple teams. The role involves coaching Scrum Masters and teams toward consistent, sustainable agile maturity, establishing and tracking delivery metrics, and facilitating core Scrum ceremonies. The role requires a strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills, as well as experience with metric tracking and project management tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading teams toward higher agile maturity over time
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and directly across technical and leadership audiences
- Strong documentation skills that support clarity, continuity, and decision-making
- Hands-on experience selecting, collecting, and interpreting delivery metrics
- A track record of building and sustaining high-performing teams
- Experience with metric tracking and project management tooling such as Jira and Confluence
