We are seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to join our team at United States Cold Storage. The Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for improving systems of work, leading delivery for individual teams, and coaching other Scrum Masters to raise the bar on transparency, execution quality, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the Associate Director of Software Engineering and operates at the intersection of engineering, operations, and leadership.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master preferred, but practical leadership matters more than credentials
- Demonstrated experience leading teams toward higher agile maturity over time
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and directly across technical and leadership audiences
- Strong documentation skills that support clarity, continuity, and decision-making
- Hands-on experience selecting, collecting, and interpreting delivery metrics
- A track record of building and sustaining high-performing teams
- Experience with metric tracking and project management tooling such as Jira and Confluence
