Job Description
The WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR is responsible for efficiently coordinating and executing workflow throughout the warehouse, prioritizing safety, sanitation, cost control, productivity, accuracy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. The supervisor will also oversee and direct various warehouse tasks, customer requests, and allocate labor to fulfill those tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of College or 2-3 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience
- Warehouse Supervision and operations experience, preferably in a food or temperature-controlled environment
- Radio frequency and other warehouse computer applications, including MS Office Suite
- Detail and customer service oriented
- Planning, organizing, professional written and oral communication, problem solving, decision making, excellent mathematical skills
