Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Reconstruction Project Manager to lead high-value reconstruction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. The ideal candidate must have proven project management experience, proficiency in Xactimate, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven project management experience with commercial and/or residential properties impacted by water, fire, or mold.
- Proficiency with Xactimate.
- Strong Excel and general computer skills; ability to quickly learn new software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work safely in accordance with company safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.
- IICRC certifications a plus but not required.
