Requirements
- Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles across multiple functions
- Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to scope roles and build aligned hiring strategies
- Conduct recruiter screens using advanced assessment techniques
- Drive a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication and high-touch engagement
- Coach hiring teams on structured interviewing and calibration practices
- Navigate complex hiring scenarios with urgency and sound judgment
- Manage and maintain pipeline health and recruiting operations in the Greenhouse
- Lead offer strategy and close candidates through complex negotiations
