Requirements

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles
• Partner with hiring managers and executive stakeholders
• Design sourcing frameworks and execute proactive outreach/talent mapping
• Conduct recruiter screens using advanced assessment techniques
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience
• Coach hiring teams on structured interviewing and objective evaluation practices
• Navigate complex hiring scenarios
• Manage and maintain pipeline health and recruiting operations
