Sr Sync Partnerships Manager

UnitedMasters is looking for a (Sr) Sync Partnerships Manager to join their team in Brooklyn, New York. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing new customer accounts, developing account plans, and building relationships with decision-makers and client champions. The team is made up of musicians, marketers, engineers, and storytellers with backgrounds from YouTube, SoundCloud, Pandora, Facebook, Uber, Dropbox, Complex, VICE, and more.

Requirements

• Identify, qualify, and close new customer accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop account plans to increase adoption and grow key accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and client champions in key accounts
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to key accounts
• Manage Pipeline to keep forecasts and deals status effectively communicated across the organization
• Shape complex deals and negotiate contracts to closure, working closely with legal teams
• Create a meaningful presence for the company in related industry events
• Partner with UnitedMasters’ Music, Product, and Marketing teams to analyze market trends, deepen understanding of customer needs, refine unique selling propositions and continually improve messaging
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
