Job Description
The Commercial Manager will lead and oversee the commercial and contractual functions of the Development Department, managing financial and legal aspects of property development projects and ensuring procurement, budgeting, and risk mitigation practices align with organizational goals and market standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial management, ideally within the real estate or property development sector in the GCC.
- Proven expertise in contract administration (FIDIC or equivalent), cost control, procurement, and claims management.
- High proficiency in commercial and financial software tools (e.g., Excel, CostX, ERP systems).
