Job Description
The Administration Officer is the welcoming face of Uniting, providing comprehensive administrative support and managing reception duties in our residential aged care facility.
Requirements
- Certificate 3 in Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent qualification/experience
- Experience in rostering
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to negotiate, mediate, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office, and client data management systems expertise
