Job Description
Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents living in an aged care facility, supporting their independence and quality of life. Ongoing learning and development within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing), or equivalent qualification
- 3-6 months experience in Aged Care or Community Care
- Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness
- Strong communication skills
