Care Worker

As a Care Worker, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents living in our aged care facility. Your support enables residents to retain independence and maximise their quality of life in a safe and nurturing environment.

Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing), or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in Aged Care or Community Care is highly desirable
• Ability to work on a rotating roster with opportunities across morning, afternoon, and night shifts
• Live locally or within reasonable commuting distance of Nambucca Heads
• Have your own car or reliable transportation
• Be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful
• Provide a culturally safe and inclusive work environment
• Ability to adapt to changing shifts if required
