Job Description
We are seeking a Care Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents living in our aged care facility. As a Care Worker, you will support residents to retain independence and maximise their quality of life in a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing), or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in Aged Care or Community Care. (Preferred not mandatory)
- Adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful
- Ability to adapt to changing shifts if required
