Job Description
We are seeking a Care Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents living in our aged care facility in Yamba, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily living assistance, supporting residents with community-based activities, and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
- Certificate III Aged Care/Individual Support
- Previous experience in Aged Care or Community Care
- Passion for elderly care, empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
