Product Operations Engineer

We're a fast-moving startup combining cutting-edge machine vision, robotics, and AI, and we're looking for a hands-on Product Operations Engineer to bridge the gap between product, engineering, and field operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, robotics, or factory integration
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLC integration and industrial control systems
• Python scripting for automation, data collection, or configuration
• Familiarity with CAD tools (intermediate level preferred)
• Excellent customer-facing communication and collaboration skills
• Independent, proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Meticulous attention to detail and comfort working in production settings
