Job Description
We are seeking a Recruiter, People Operations to own full-cycle recruiting across our active reqs and build the people-ops foundation that keeps employees growing once they're here. As a fast-moving startup, we need someone to partner closely with hiring managers, leadership, and our Head of Finance to bring in great people and make UnitX a place they want to stay.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of recruiting or people-ops experience at a startup or tech company
- Have personally closed engineering hires at startup scale
- Strong experience with Ashby (or comparable ATS) and structured interview processes
