Job Description
BPO Compensation & Benefits Specialist with experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR operations, responsible for benefits administration, payroll management, and ESS systems administration.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR operations.
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Experience in payroll processing and HRIS platforms (Sprout experience is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
