Job Description
Are you a seasoned customer service and sales professional who thrives on meaningful customer interactions and delivering results? As a Senior Customer Experience & Sales Specialist, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, guiding conversations, building trust, and converting inquiries into booked appointments.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a call center or similar environment
- Strong sales experience, with proven ability to persuade, handle objections, and close opportunities
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a clear, neutral, and professional conversational style suitable for engaging with U.S.-based customers
- High level of tech proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Strong self-learning ability and adaptability, with minimal supervision required
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours
