Job Description
The Communications Representative (CR) performs various functions, including switchboard operations, patient check-in and discharge, and up-front collections, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the orderly operation of these functions.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Accurate typing skills (25-30 words per minute)
- Clerical examination passing score
- Internal examinations passing score for telecommunications switchboard and information desk computer applications
