Job Description
The Patient Access Representative (Rep) performs all Patient Access Services functions, including registration, insurance verification, and customer service. The PAS Rep works at a fully cross-functional level in all functional areas of the Patient Access Services Department.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Accurately type 25-30 words per minute
- Pass a clerical examination
- Previous experience in hospital admissions, business office, and/or physician's office
