Job Description
The Float Registered Nurse is responsible for rotating duties between the community, the Meng Residence, and the Triage department, depending on staffing needs. This role will cover all Unity territories and requires providing skilled nursing assessment and appropriate intervention, updating the plan of care, and responding to urgent patient/family needs.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- RN license in the state of practice required.
- Valid WI Drivers' License, reliable transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance coverage.
