Requirements
- Conduct sales calls via telephone, Microsoft teams, or Video Chat
- Establish and develop customer relationships by evaluating needs and opportunities within customer accounts
- Negotiate efficiently to overcome obstacles and gain customer commitment
- Develop a business plan to achieve sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to customers
- Co-ordinate with Purchasing department to ensure availability of product
- Document all account activity in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
