Superviseur(e) aux opérations

Univar Solutions seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise daily warehouse operations and production areas, developing strategies to ensure production targets are met, in a team-focused environment with a competitive remuneration program, generous pension contributions, and excellent social benefits.

Requirements

• Must hold a high school diploma and have one to three (1-3) years of experience as a supervisor or team leader.
• Must have a team spirit, be reliable and responsible, and possess a solid work ethic in a dynamic work environment.
• Must have a safety-first mindset.
• Must have good analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.
• Must be meticulous, alert, and detail-oriented
• Must have solid computer skills (Microsoft Office) and SAP
• Prior experience with a forklift and prior knowledge of chemicals are considered assets.
• Prior experience in a unionized environment is considered an asset
• Knowledge of TMD and SIMDUT is considered a significant asset.
