• Solid experience managing warehouse teams in a distribution, wholesale or fast-moving environment
• Ability to lead from the front and get the best from people
• Organised, proactive, and able to take pride in running a clean, efficient warehouse
• Comfortable under pressure and able to work at a growing SME pace
• Cares about the customer experience and knows that speed and accuracy matter
