Warehouse Manager needed for a UK manufacturer. Lead the warehouse operations, ensure compliance, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and safety. Proven experience in a manufacturing or operational environment required.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a warehouse or workshop team
• At least 3 years' experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or operational environment
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities
• Confidence using IT systems for stock control, job planning, and reporting
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• A calm, steady approach — able to manage pressure without losing focus
• Strong communication skills and the ability to set clear expectations
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, train, and develop others
• High attention to detail and a commitment to keeping processes accurate and up to date
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities at short notice
• Forklift certification (desirable but not essential)
