Job Description
Strategically develop and implement clinical activities of the Emergency Department Services unit, and provide direction and oversight for the business operations and fiscal management of the Emergency Department.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey
- BSN degree required
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration required
- Eight (8) years of progressively more responsible nursing experience
- At least three (3) years in management required or as Director of the Emergency Department in a medical center
