We are seeking an Associate, HR Business Partner to provide generalist support across several North American labels and business units. The role is critical in executing our people and culture initiatives, assisting with employee-relations inquiries, providing great internal client support, and driving HR functional excellence, compliance, and process improvement for the business.
Requirements
- Act as a contact for all people-related inquiries within a matrixed HR business partner model
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on general HR topics, policies, and processes
- Assist managers with job descriptions, job leveling, and promotion/compensation recommendations
- Support company-wide and function-specific HR initiatives and programs
- Support effective resolution of employee relations matters
- Participate in and contribute to HR projects and special projects
- Manage onboarding & offboarding related processes
- Analyze employment trends and share with the broader Business Partner team
- Create custom reports, spreadsheets, project plans, presentation, and other documentation to support HR initiatives
