Director, Artist & Label Services

We are seeking an experienced merch Account/Brand Manager to join our team as a Director, Artist & Label Services, focusing on artists across our pop/rock roster. In this role, you’ll lead our relationship with each artist team, crafting merch & D2C strategies that align with the artist’s creative vision to deliver strong commercial results across both merch and music.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in account management, artist relations, marketing, or eCommerce within music, entertainment, or merchandise
• Demonstrated success managing artist relationships in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of the label, artist, and merchandise ecosystem
• Passion for the music & culture of Interscope’s pop/rock roster
• Strong understanding of D2C commerce, merchandise strategy, and fan engagement
• Excellent communicator and presenter with the ability to sell ideas and strategies in compelling ways
• Strong creative instincts and taste level aligned with artist brands and cultural trends
• Positive, collaborative leader who works well across many teams and builds trust easily
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and priorities simultaneously
• Passion for music, fan culture, and building meaningful artist-to-fan experiences
• Commitment to teamwork and respect for every function is required
