We are looking for a Director, Business Insights to help expand our insights and reporting capabilities across channels while strengthening the quality, consistency, and strategic value of our reporting products.

Requirements

• Set the roadmap for omnichannel insights and reporting
• Define and drive the roadmap to expand insights and reporting across channels
• Translate executive and partner needs into clear analytical products
• Establish and enforce clear definitions, sources of truth, and reporting standards
• Build scalable BI products, frameworks, and tooling
• Influence decision-making through storytelling
• Lead business reviews and executive readouts
• Represent insights in cross-functional forums
• Lead and scale the team
• Directly manage and develop team members
