The Post Production and Delivery Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of the post-production lifecycle across the Mercury Studios slate. This role bridges creative production and final global distribution, overseeing workflows, budgets, vendors, master ingest, quality control and final delivery, while ensuring content meets demanding broadcast, theatrical and platform specifications, including Dolby Atmos, 4K and HDR.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of broadcast, streaming and theatrical delivery specifications, including Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, 4K and HDR.
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows across editing, colour grading, audio mixing, mastering and final delivery.
- Experience managing post-production operations in a high-volume environment, ideally within a major studio, broadcaster or production facility.
- Ability to interpret technical issues, review QC outputs and translate them into clear, actionable solutions for producers and creative stakeholders.
- Proficiency with production management, scheduling and asset tracking tools, alongside familiarity with master ingest and delivery portals.
