Production Merchandise Manager

We are seeking a Production Merchandise Manager to lead our merchandise product development strategy, working closely with the Central Functional Team (CFT) and external suppliers. This role requires strong production management experience, a passion for music and fashion culture, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in music merchandise / fashion production management
• Ability to work with various departments and take initiative
• Print-on-Demand and UK printing experience is preferable
• Understanding of various print and embroidery techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
