Manager, Merch Production

At Warner Music Group, we're seeking a Merchandise Production Manager to lead the day-to-day purchasing and production of merchandise, including decorated apparel, headwear, posters, and accessories. The successful candidate will work closely with vendors, internal partners, and stakeholders to ensure merchandise is produced accurately, on time, and aligned with creative and business goals.

Requirements

• Proactive, hands-on approach
• Strong multitasking, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative and enjoy supporting, training, and mentoring others on the team
• Customer-focused and take pride in delivering high-quality work on time
• Knowledge of apparel decoration methods and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management systems, PLM, Airtable, Google tools etc.
