Job Description
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will assist the RN and physician in providing pre- and postoperative care. This includes assisting with patient assessment, documentation, implementation of nursing procedures, evaluation of care effectiveness, discharge activities, and documentation. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Completion of and certification in accredited LPN program
- LPN with active license in appropriate state
- CPR certification
