Requirements

• Plan, prepare, implement and review a monthly activity program
• Coordinate staff/volunteer assigned to assist with activities
• Maintain necessary records
• Provide routine and specialized assistance to participants
• Participate as a key member of the center’s inter-disciplinary team
• Attend staff meetings
• Observe report and chart any changes in participant behavior or physical condition
• Attend seminars, workshops, conferences and other professional activities
