Home Care Aide
Highschool Diploma or equivalent; experience in care for adults/disables; ability to perform household chores and assist with daily living
Licensed Practical Nurse
Must be an Illinois licensed LPN with 0-5 yrs exp. working with older adults. Must have CPR/first aid certification
Driver I
High school degree, valid driver's license, and previous experience in working with older adults or in an adult day care environment
CCP Supervisor I
High school diploma or equivalent, experience working with older adults, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
CCP Supervisor I
High school diploma or equivalent, previous experience working with older adults or in adult day care environment, CPR/First Aid certification
ADS COORDINATOR
High School Diploma or Equivalent, Previous experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment, Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Excellent communication skills
