Licensed Practical Nurse

Universal Metro Asian Services is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide health care to participants in the Adult Day services Center. The position involves monitoring participant health, administering medications, providing first aid, assisting with training, and maintaining documentation. The role requires self-direction and a collaborative spirit within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license to practice nursing in the state of Illinois.
• Experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate with staff, participants and the community in writing and orally.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
