Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) – Home Health

Metro Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality home health services throughout the Chicagoland area.

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a current license to practice nursing in the state of Illinois.
• Previous experience working with older adults or in an adult day care environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate with staff, participants and the community in writing and orally.
• Documentation of a physical examination no more than six months prior to employment, which provides evidence that they are free of communicable disease.
• CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to become certified.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
