Requirements

• Completed education or study in the field of computer science or related fields
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
• German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Proficiency in MS Windows and application software
• Experience in user support and training
• Experience with deployment systems and remote support
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and mobile devices (Android, iOS)
• Ability to work independently and structured
• Social and communication skills
• Physical fitness to lift and carry loads (e.g., PCs and printers)
