Leasing Manager

Leasing Manager role with University City Housing seeking a highly motivated professional to manage a portfolio of 80 buildings, engage with prospective and current residents, and lead a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Entrata preferred)
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak leasing and summer turnover periods
• Stable, progressive work history with 3+ years experience in leasing or property management (student housing portfolio experience preferred)
• Experience motivating and developing a leasing team
