Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for performing skilled duties in building trades, such as plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical work, appliance repair, and HVAC repair to maintain, repair, or remodel buildings and facilities.

Requirements

• Team player with ability to work independently with minor supervision
• Prioritize urgent projects and work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
• Comfortable with heights and ladders
• Willingness to work on call and non-traditional hours
